Max Mason - Director, Writer and Producer

After spending a year working in Los Angles for producers at Hulu and TV4, Max returned to the UK to begin working full-time on productions based in London Studios. His credits include, 'The Commuter', 'Star Wars: The Last Jedi', 'Kingsman: The Golden Circle' and 'Dumbo'. Having had a fascination with film and theatre from a young age, this is Max’s first foray into producing and directing his own work.

Paddy Bartram - Director of Photography

Having studied geography at Exeter University, Paddy soon realised his passion lay in video and filmmaking. His interests in skiing and snow sports soon developed into him creating winter promotional videos for tour operator NUCO Travel along with his partner Will March. Together they created the company, Switch Films which now produces branded content for various companies and documentaries.

Collette Creary-Myers - Production Designer

Jamaican born freelance designer, in 2010 Collette completed her creative training at Westminster University where she completed her BA in Film, Photography and Digital Media. From London Maritime Museum and Punchdrunk Immersive Theatre to Pinewood Studio features - “Busy Bees Make Honey”, Collette has design experience across the board and has imagination for any space, simply wanting to explore design in all its mediums.

Simone Cilio -  Composer

An award-winning film composer based in Sicily, Simone began to devote himself to his passion for film music from a young age. This started him on his journey as a film composer and to date has worked on more than a 100 projects from features and TV to short films. In 2016 he was nominated for Best Original Score at the Maverick Movie Awards. The Grand Jury said “his music is haunting and electric, the kind of cut that resonates long after it departs". 

Will March - Editor

Will’s interest in editing started by making home movies back in the day on windows movie maker. Later he managed to put his skill to good use when he met Paddy at Exeter and together they began filming projects for Exeter Snowsports. Upon leaving university, Will and Paddy started up Switch Films. Since then they have worked on a number of projects ranging from fashion films to more corporate based shoots. Editing narrative work has become Will’s passion and something he is keen to do more of in the future.

Will Poole - 1st Assistant Director

Will is a London based Assistant Director with extensive experience working across feature films, music videos, shorts and commercials. He has had the good fortune to work alongside and learn from many of the country’s top creative talents. His love for film and storytelling developed as a young boy and has only increased and grown into an ambition to develop as a filmmaker in the years to come.

Rich Ruck - Location Manager

Whilst serving as a Lance Sergeant in 1st Battalion Welsh Guards “Richy” Ruck was awarded The Major Generals Commendation for Outstanding Bravery. In his extensive career, Rich has worked with music artists such as Prince and The Police. He has also worked on a number of films including ‘Spectre’ and ‘Guardians of the Galaxy’. Of Their War, he had this to say “I really enjoyed working on this film, it was long days, cold and hard, but nothing in comparison to what those poor soldiers went through. On all sides, every soldier, a hero.”

Milo Cosemans - Gaffer

After graduating from Narafi in Brussels and Ravensbourn in London, Milo founded Cosemans Visuals in 2016. Since then he has worked as a Gaffer and Lighting Technician on everything from features to commercial and music promos. His notable work includes Gaffer for the independent feature film ‘White Oak’ as well as a host of commercials such as ‘Magic Mike Theatre Show’, ‘Google Deepmind' and ‘Autotrader & Unilad’. 

Raph Aldis - Fight Director

Based in the West Midlands, Raph is an independent fight director, fencing coach and historical martial arts instructor. He is the owner and lead instructor for STAGEFIGHT School of Performance Combat and Co-Founder of the ECSPC Performance Combat Training System. As well as running regular training courses for actors and stunt professionals, he has choreographed fight routines and action sequences for numerous film and theatre productions around the UK and Europe. 

Andrew Cant - Casting Director

An experienced and dedicated Casting Director based in the Home Counties of the UK, Andrew comes with a wealth of experience in hiring personnel. Andrew leverages his understanding of people and recruitment to great effect as a Producer and Casting Director.  Andrew has worked as Producer and/or Casting Director on several independent feature films including “Land of Hope and Glory”, “Welcome to Welloak” and “My True Love Gave to Me” as well as numerous short films including “Positive Result” and “The Bad Boy”.

Jo Singer - Costume Designer

After graduating from the University of Kent in 2015 with a degree in English literature, Jo went on to work for a florist and event designer in the east of England. In the last few years Jo has worked for a number of high end designers and florists developing a keen eye and a love for design and the arts. This was Jo’s first film of any nature and it was the experience that she had built up that made her an invaluable part of the team.

Fran Straker - Hair and Makeup Designer

Having trained in Hollywood and worked in the film and television industry for 14 years, Fran has acquired a vast amount of unique and practical experience in all areas of Hair and Makeup. From working for theatre, film and TV productions to extending her skills to the fashion shoots and runways she has worked alongside up and coming artists, celebrities and A List actors alike. She has worked on productions for C4, ITV, Warner Bros and Sky.

Matt Jones - Sound Mixer

After studying Audio production at the University of Lincoln, Matt developed a passion for location sound work and all the challenges that come with it. Since leaving university he has worked on a number of projects ranging from documentaries to commercials and promos in a variety of different genres. However, Matt’s main focus is on drama and he has been fortunate enough to put his talent to good use on a variety of different jobs, including the upcoming feature films ‘She Lived on Franklin Avenue’ and ‘Lapwing.'

Liam Cameron - Sound Designer

Best known as a Sound Designer and Foley Artist, Liam grew up in Glasgow. He started out in the music industry playing in bands, recording & writing for artists before transitioning to working on Film & TV. Since then Liam has worked in a variety of creative categories from Foley performing on the BAFTA nominated ‘The Amazing World of Gumball’ to mixing for renowned clients including the BBC, ITV and Channel 4, he has worked with a variety of post-production studios up and down the UK and, as of 2018, is head of the audio team at Lam Cam Post Production.

Rick James - Digital Imagine Technician

Rick has worked in the camera and DIT Departments on feature films for the last 8 years. His extensive list of credits includes MARVEL’S ‘Guardians of the Galaxy’, ‘Avengers: Age of Ultron’, ‘Rogue One: A Star Wars Story’, ‘Doctor Strange’ and Tim Burton’s ‘Dumbo’ which hits cinemas in March 2019. This immense list of credits has enabled Rick to become an expert in his craft and a valuable asset to the team.  


Maria-Laura Hanson - Script Supervisor

With training from Creative Skillset and Sara Putt Associates, Maria-Laura has extensive experience as a script supervisor. Having worked on a number of feature films, short films, trailers, promotional campaigns, commercials, and TV dramas she is also a part of the Warner Brothers Creative Talent scheme. She has also recently completed directing her first short film.
